This is the first season of Leverage. We filmed in San Pedro, CA near Terminal Island.
Jennie and Lexi worked together for the first time and had a lot of fun! Call time was
10:00am and we arrived an hour early as usual. We got some food at the catering trucks
and ate our breakfast as others arrived. Timothy Hutton must've been hungry, too! He
walked past us and got some food. I had finished mine and was standing looking at the boats
when he walked back by me with his styrofoam container. Since he wasn't eating (yet)or
working, I asked him if it would be okay if we took a photo with him later, whenever it was
convenient. He turned and smiled and said, "Oh sure!"

Paperwork was started and so was 3 hrs of studio school. This is always the boring part, at
least for the parent. At one point, we pulled them out of class to get them in wardrobe.
After about 2 1/2 hours, they called the kids to set. Their first scene was in an old, beat up blue school bus.
They were playing Serbian orphans. They loaded on the bus, Timothy Hutton was driving.
The scene was done 3 times, I believe. They take off quickly, being chased by the
bad guys who are on foot running and shooting at them. They turn a corner and come
to a screeching halt!
Oh, and I forgot to mention first thing when we got there, they set off explosives in the bldg
behind us! We were told there would be pyrotechnics, gun fire, explosives, etc. It was pretty exciting!
