In the above video, at 2 minutes 20 seconds you will see Jennie!
She is in the photo as young Diana wearing a cast on her leg and has crutches.
You will see her twice quickly and once close up!
Jennie was "picture-picked" to work as "young Diana" as a featured extra. We have to
go up there Monday, August 4th for wardrobe and to be fit for a cast. From what we
know, Jennie is playing the part of a woman who is having a flashback of her younger
self, played by Jennie. Should be a close up. Still no lines. At least they are building
their resumes!
Update: Okay, Monday we went to the set and I saw Jennifer Love Hewitt and David Conrad (character
names: Melinda and Jim Gordon). The set was very busy so I didn't want to bother them by asking
for an autograph or to take a photo with them. Now I wish I had asked because Tuesday when
we went up, we didn't see either of them! At least I saw them in person on the set! Jennifer Love Hewitt
is tiny! She's only a 1/2 inch taller than me but she had heels on and she is thin! Very beautiful!
The reason I was so bummed about not seeing her Tuesday is the AD and the studio teacher
both told me she is sooooo nice and loves kids - so she would've gladly took a picture
with us! By the time they needed Jennie, "Love" had been there approximately 12 hours
so she had to leave. Understandable! So the only photos I have are of Jennie and
the other extra child (Kelly) on the set.
The best guess I have about the storyline is that Diana dies at a young age and her best
friend is at her funeral. Olivia (the best friend) is reminiscing about their younger days and
looking at the photo of her and Diana as kids! That is where Jennie and Kelly are...in the photo.
Jennie is wearing a cast on her left leg and standing with crutches. They told us the photo is referred
to a couple of times during the show, so I'm hoping we will see Jennie more than once!!
When we got there they gave us our own dressing room!
Really it was just a small room with a place to sit in the air conditioning. At least it was out of the heat!
Jennie's hair was not as dark as the "older" Diana, so they had to color her hair!
It was just mousse with dark brown dye. Washes right out!
That's Gary doing her hair. I asked him if he did Jennifer Love Hewitt's hair and he
said no "she has a person!" I guess that was a silly question on my part!

Jennie was scared of the many bees flying around...but see those flowers?
They are all fake!! Even the ones in the trees!
